Salt shakes up Peoria Heights’ restaurant row

The latest flavor on restaurant row in Peoria Heights is Salt.

 

At 4542 N. Prospect Road, the former site of Velvet Freeze in the Heights has taken on a whole new look under the direction of Travis Mohlenbrink, owner of the Cracked Pepper bakery and bistro. We're a long way from the wonder dog, that's for sure.
