Dining Out: Sombrerito serves up taste without the heat

When Dining Out last stopped in at the little Mexican joint at the corner of Route 116 and 26 in East Peoria, it was called El Sombrerito. That was in 2007. We recently were informed that in September the restaurant was taken over by new owners, Guillermo and Lorena Arias, who own Lorena's and Fiesta Ranchera in East Peoria. They dropped the "El," and the restaurant is now known simply as Sombrerito.
