Tickets to go on sale for show by ‘Idol’s’ Daughtry

Tickets for the Oct. 25 Daughtry show at the Peoria Civic Center arena go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Seats are priced at $31.50 and $41.50 and can be purchased at the Peoria Civic Center Box Office, all Ticketmaster outlets, by phone at (800) 745-3000 and online at Ticketmaster.com.

Daughtry, the North Carolina rock band fronted by former "American Idol" semifinalist Chris Daughtry, will bring Theory of a Deadman and Cavo along for the ride. The Peoria stop is part of Daughtry’s 36-date U.S. tour this fall to promote the band’s latest album, "Leave This Town."

Daughtry competed on the fifth season of "American Idol" and finished fourth. His 2006 self-titled debut was named the best-selling album in the nation in 2007 by Billboard magazine.
